Please note, requests are assessed using these criteria:

Not complex to retrieve (depends on each department / priorities of ingest workflows in the library);
Timing is suitable for library experts if we need to rely much on their knowledge – its not Labs;
Timing of each department to sign off plus needed data (e.g. minimum copyright data available);
Ability to make requested data publicly available for everyone to use (not a one-off) – adding new item to collections list;
Highest likelihood to be re-used again after we make data available online;
Representing groups that are missing from existing collections (BAME).
